Day 277: Hotel Transylvania 2 (December, 11)

Movie day with my amazing kids! You know the scenario: tons of popcorn and soda, three beloved kids in different ages, and lots of fun. The film? Hotel Transylvania 2.

How a monster can survive in a hysterically politically correct world? It is a bummer to be a mythical monster nowadays, and the movie discusses that in a funny and accurate way. Raising kids is hard, the actual values must be reevaluated I guess... and this difficulty is in here too, without a lecturer tone, though (which is a relief).

I was a bit unconsolable until today because I thought at first that we would miss it on the theaters. We took too long to reach it. And it would be a shame, because this animation is not as good as the first Transylvania movie, but it is a great fun. We laugh a lot, my toddler nephew interact with the story and characters (Blah blah blah is his favorite moto). After, he would try to scare people in the shopping with his mimicking monster. Too cute, I must say.
